These are 11.5” x 10” after washing and putting in drier. They need a couple of wetting and drier runs to make soft. These are sturdy, not flimsy, and perfect for my use.

Yes these are 100 percent cotton. I had to wash them before I used them but they are perfect for me!!!

we just washed and dried in regular laundry, they are thin and look best if ironed but are perfectly functional without ironing
