Perfect support!
This is by far a simple solution for my issues. I suffer migraines and the Doctor told me to work on my posture as that may help. This is very easy to put on and take off. I can feel it doing it's job of holding my shoulders back and making me stand much straighter. I had purchased a different one in the past and it was very complicated to use. The VIBO care posture corrector is perfect. Easy to loosen even when it's on me. This gives me better posture immediately. Its comfortable too so it makes me not mind wearing it...so thank you!!!

Great for the long view.
I've been using my planners for goal orientation for a couple of years, writing down my yearly/monthly/weekly goals in free spaces here and there. This year I wanted to step up from having the important stuff on the sidelines. I've only had it for a week or so, but I must say that I love it. I don't normally plan my days down to the hour, but if I ever want to I have that option. Week and month views come with ample space for jotting down ideas and keeping track of progress. I find the weekly breakdown of 3 goals into "What can I do now to achieve this?" to be quite helpful. Also, there is a beginning section full of questions to evaluate areas that could be improved. A follow up reflection is at the end of the planner to assess what changes were made. It is VERY thorough, and it's perfect for me. I will say that this is good for people who really want to stay on track and be vigilent about progress; if you are looking for something to keep your work, school or bills in and little more, it might be too much.

The Supportive Parent I Never Had
This little guy's pretty neat. I'm not using it to its full potential, but if I did, I'd imagine it would be a handy tool for getting organized and clear on your goals. But, alas, I'm one of those people who buys a planner every year and uses it here and there, not really giving it the attention it deserves. But of all the planners I've ever owned, this one definitely takes the cake. It seems to be made for dreamers like me. It has lots of areas for goals which you can organize by priority and gives you prompts to think about what needs to be done in order to accomplish those goals, in fact this planner its not going to take any of your lame excuses. It wants to know why you have the goals that you have to know how it all fits in to the grander scheme of things, "What the hell are you doing with your life, anyway?" it seems to ask, again and again. It's no nonsense design is sturdy and to the point. It can definitely handle sliding through the crack between the wall and your bed and then sitting there for a few months. When you happen to fish under there for a lost remote, it will be there waiting, like a brand new pair of dancing shoes and you'll enjoy flipping through its pristine, sparsely filled in pages. Hey, who knows, you might even be guilted into accomplishing something.

Overall OK & gets the job done, but would opt for something else
Pros:1. Monthly view, weekly view with hourly schedule slots help for bigger picture & more specific organization2. Helps break down tasks3. Heavy paper allows for use of a wide range of pens/markersCons:1. Really heavy2. I wish there was a section for a to-do list per day as I have daily tasks that do not necessarily fit into scheduled time slots.3. I'm not quite sure how they want me to use the first few pages of the book (the mind map-looking page, for example)4. Bland. I'm used to getting colorful planners, so this one has been the most plain/business-like. I usually get compliments on how cool my planners are, but after flipping through this, it makes me feel that I could have made it myself by simply copying the weekly page and leaving the date slots empty. While the front cover has a nice design, the inside is all printed in black & white.Overall, I think I'm going to opt for something less heavy and more aesthetically pleasing, while keeping some of the breaking down of the tasks in mind for my own use.

A Great Planner
not only for structuring your days, weeks and months, but also for developing and achieving planned goals. This planner far exceeded my expectations. I can schedule all of my appointments, but also think about the things that I had hoped to achieve this year. There are good questions for analyzing the different areas in your life in which you feel you might want to change things and by writing it down and reviewing it, you're more likely to make a dent in them and maybe even accomplish them.I happened to read some books at the end of last year on achieving goals and this planner, unbeknownst to me when I bought it, is helping me visualize my goals. The planner is spiral bound and about the size of a college rule notebook. While it's a little larger than I planned, since I want to carry it with me, it's more than made up for it in what I hope it will help me achieve--greater organization!

Organize your goals
This planner is terrific for really laying out some basic formats for organizing your goals, plans and ideas for today and the future. It can be a bit overwhelming as there are so many areas to "fill out" and consider...maybe even a bit too much for those who are organized and tidy by nature. Although I appreciate all the areas in the planner in which to write and notate your "plans", it could be a bit too detailed. It would be nice if the organizer had tabs or something for the month at a glance in order to separate and determine where each month is in the planner itself. I used sticky tabs to separate them so I could flip right to that particular month. Additionally, the planner is quite flimsy which makes it difficult to write in on the go. I would suggest buying a portfolio in which to store the planner so writing and making notes on the fly are easier. The customer service is great and they suggested several ideas regarding the portfolio. Overall, a handy tool for organizing ideas, goals and making positive plans for your future.
