Truth about our skin
Really an eye opener and a way to be very conscious of our organ and host of our own body. Saying that still holds true of everything, “Butterfly effect.”

Average, was expecting more
This is a good book as an introduction to fascia and its involvement and implications.Free Your Fascia consists of a compilation of the main points on fascia published in the past twenty or so years by prominent authors with average examples. For a new book published in 2020, I was expecting more. More detail, more applications, new applications and findings, or, specifically because it's written by a clinical director, specific clinical observations and details that go beyond the generally available knowledge. For someone who is new to this subject this could be an okay introduction. If you already have read a book or two on fascia, this book won't add much.
