Great starter chain. Great look for budget. I work in a shop , I knew immediately this is too nice to wear in a labor intensive environment. I knew it was going to be light so I went with 10k for more strength. I Gets 5 Stars Because It's Real 4 Sure And Looks Great.Gold is at $1800/Oz so when getting the solid version consider there is so much more gold content.

Wouldn’t wear it as a everyday chain, because the chain is hollow and is very light which is not as durable as a solid rope chain, but the chain is a head turner! For the price of this chain, you CANNOT pass it up!

This necklace is very cheap and very very lightweight. It feels like it’s going to break to the touch. Gold doesn’t even look good. Looks very junky and cheap. I return the item and the seller charge me a $40 restocking fee. I assume because of the junkie jewelry that it is, they cannot keep a buyer happy. Again, beware of cheap nasty gold.

Looks good and is beautiful. They say it will "Last a lifetime with proper care"... Sure, but Im an active person and I like to wear it every day. 41.7% gold and 58.3% alloy, which means it contains more alloy than gold and therefore is a less expensive option. Its also hollow and light weight so its not very durable. I pull it over my head and dont use the clasp. A few months after the return period it broke in the middle (not at the clasp). Cost $35 to fix. I still like it but I dont think I will wear it often because it is bound to break again. Keeping this one but Im going to spend the extra money for a new solid chain for my daily use.

It seems like a nice chain. My wife loved it. I don't know anything about these things, but it weighed the same as the description said.On the other hand the company did a nice thing. I was expecting to get it after Christmas and they sent it first day air so I got it before. Nice touch.

I work from home so only wear chain on weekends. Recently, the chain broke in the middle. As I take it to the jewelery repair store, it broke in a second spot. At the store, the repairman showed me 3 additional spots it's about to break. The chain is literally falling apart and isn't worth fixing due to so many brittle spots all around it. Seller offered me 30% refund to just melt it, which is same offer repair shop offered. Don't spend this amount of money for a chain that can't be fixed or even last a year. Photos show brittle spots/breaks and a bag of the gold pieces literally falling off the chain. *BUYER BEWARE*
