Pure Vegan Mag O7 Oxygen Digestive System Cleanser Vegetarian Capsules, 120 Count (2-Pack)

Been using this product for years and it works well every time. One thing I did was experiment with taking one or two caps in the morning on an empty stomach, that seems to work well, too. I've tried other Mag and Oxygenating products before finding Vegan Mag 07, and while they were OK it's the Vegan Mag 07 that works predictably and without causing cramping or other discomfort. It's especially good for travel, a time when some of us need extra help. If it's your first time using this, start slowly.
