Seems to help me a lot.
Helps my facial skin, fingers, finger nails, hair, knees, gut and after workout pain diminished. Helps many things at just one capsule a day. I’m on my third bottle. Each month I see a little more improvement.

eggshell membrane
These eggshell membrane caps seem to work a little better than others I have tried and are some what cheaper. They do seem to help with bone aches. You must give them 2-3 weeks to kick in though.

Reduce joint pain
I am grateful to know the NIH has done several studies documenting the effectiveness of NEM. I am also reassured the NEM in these caps is treated for safe consumption. I am not sure if its safe to eat the liners out of raw eggs. NEM is helping! Thanks for the more affordable price. We buy premium free range organic eggs and we are paying as much per egg as we do per capsule. Its weird to think there are more expensive caps out there. But honestly, taking the cap is a lot more palatable than pureeing eggshell liners and cooking them in hot water.

Helped heal my back.
I was suffering terribly from sciatic nerve damage due to arthritis in my back. At the suggestion of my brother, I bought the book "There is a Cure for Arthritis" and started taking Colostrum 6 supplements and Natural Eggshell Membrane and doing specific exercises for my back. Those are the only changes I have made and today I am pain free. I suspect that the Colostrum 6 supplements helped to rebuild my back and the exercises helped to strengthen my muscles--whatever it was, it was a miracle. I plan to continue taking Colostrum 6 for a long time.

Didn't feel any benefit
I didn't feel any benefit at all from this capsule so I will not be buying it again. It's a decent price compared to my local health food store but again felt no benefit.
