i bought it for my grand mother it is not flexible to use, also we have to strap the belt very tight to hold it on the knee that hurts the skin also my grand ma she is an old person and her skin it is too sensitive and this product rips her skin she is not at all happy with this product and me as well... and the worst thing is it is non returnable...i hope i get back my money i spent on this no use crap

Everything which this product claims is completely false. I tried it on and it doesn't work. It is really uncomfortable and it hinders the natural movement of the knee joint instead of supporting it. The springs used are substandard. The worst part is that it I can't even return it.

Total lie. Ad shows it different but in reality it is just springs fitted in plastic which doesn’t support in any way to the knee. Happy to return and get refund but it doesn’t let me. Useless product and not worth the price. Poor quality

The product was a disappointment, unfortunately I cannot even return it. Clearly looked of poor quality and is so hard that it hurts while bending or standing post wearing it.Will not recommend it

Never order this item. This do not provide any support to ur knees. Also, it was damaged when I received. Waste of money. Can't even return this item. Think twice before ordering.

Pathetic product. It's badly designed contraption which hurts u more and makes weird noice when u use it. Feel cheated as can't even return it !
