Good quality with barbed connections
This is pretty decent quality glass and it has barbed ends. I bought another from a different company and it came with no barbed ends. I’ve used this one at least a couple dozen times and never once had a problem.

Just move on
Completely shattered and unusable due to that. It was really well packed too, which is why I won’t even try for a replacement. If it shattered as badly as it did with such a substantial foam surround, it couldn’t hold up to regular use.
