I lost my original remote and tried another brand that didn’t work well. I bought the Liftmaster remote and have been very satisfied.Super easy to install.

I lost my opener and was sure it would be a "big deal" to get another one and "synch it" with my garage door. I always check Amazon and there it was for a very reasonable price. The product came quickly. I read the instructions and procrastinated going up on the ladder and setting this up. I was sure it was going to be complicated.Yesterday, we got the ladder, my husband easily took a piece of plastic off the motor, pressed the "learn button" and I pressed the portable button, blinked twice. I pressed again and the door opened. I think the whole "project" took three minutes from start to finish including setting up and removing the ladder. Really.I don't think we have ever done anything so quickly and easily before. Reading the directions took far longer than actually doing it.

This remote is exactly like the one that came with the garage door opener when it was installed years ago. I’m happy that I was able to find he exact same one and it works perfectly. I feel like it’s over-priced but hey, if you need one you need one.

a simple thing that is cheap to produce and should probably be cheaper to buy....works well once i replaced the battery it came with...easy to program, came as advertised, blahblahblah....should cost less...feels a little like being gouged cuzz they KNOW you've lost or destroyed the only one you had and you really don't have a choice
