After only one day of use, I would say that the mug is a pretty nice sleek design. The temperature readout at the cap works pretty nicely and displays the temperature in Celsius for about 4 seconds after a quick tap. My coffee started near 60 Celsius around 7 am and stayed above 40 Celsius for around 6 hours. Capacity seems like slightly less than my Contigo travel mug, but still fits more than I thought it would after I first opened the lid. The mug is definitely slimmer than the Contigo mugs I've used and is able to fit with plenty of room to spare in my car's cupholder. On the downside, the slim design is going to be a bit more difficult to hand wash (per manufacturer's instructions). It would also be nice if you could change the units between Celsius and Fahrenheit somehow, but for a $14 mug I'm not going to hold that against the manufacturer. The most annoying issue I've found so far is there's a pretty strong metallic smell and I can also taste it in my coffee. I'm hoping that it will go away after another wash, because otherwise it's a slick looking travel mug and the thermometer is nice to know whether or not the coffee is too hot to comfortably drink. I'm also hoping that the battery life of the thermometer is decent, because I didn't see a way to replace the battery.

I received the thermos and used it immediately. Works well and I like how the slim profile fits perfectly into a gloved hand. Two things I noticed immediately though. The item came without a user guide and the digital readout is in Celsius. I emailed the manufacturer and had two questions: How do you change the battery and is there any way to switch to Fahrenheit? They replied, (politely,) that no, you're stuck with Celsius, and the battery was tested to be good for 20,000 readings, "so you don't have to worry about that."It lasted one week.
