The rods given to out in the 4 corners to hold the hamper upright barely fit in the holes provided and even when I finally got them in, they stuck out the top. Because of this, it made it very difficult to get the wide velcro straps of the liner through the narrow loops on the hamper (the rods were in the way, adding to the frustration). I'm still going to attempt to use it, but I feel like every time I have to hook/unhook the liners I am going to be annoyed.

I got this square hamper because I thought it would look sleek and clean cut. Unfortunately the wetsuit like material was folded in its packaging and the folds and wrinkles won’t come out. The whole thing looks wrinkly.The lid, which is just canvas, closed with hook and loop (aka Velcro) the hook part is on the rim of the hamper and the soft loop part is on the lid. This means I’d you toss a sweater in and any part of it comes near the rim, it will snag, get caught and potentially create problem in the sweater.It was also difficult to assemble, the slots that the included support rods are supposed to go into were sewn so small it’s nearly impossible to get them open wide enough to fit the rod down. But you only have to do that once. Another Part of why I got this one was the changeable laundry bags. These you would likely have to do once or twice a week. But the loops are so small it’s difficult to connect and disconnect the laundry bags. The bags are connected with hook and loop as well which can snag on the part of the hamper they are supposed to be attaching to.Not worth the money.

Pros: Looks nicer than expected. Lid fits well. Bags are sturdy and each holds just enough to be a good load. Velcro tabs are sewn in which is nice. Fabric seems like cotton, doesn't hold odors. Cons: bags have Velcro tabs that should fit into small fabric circles on all four sides to hold thebag up as it's being filled. Fabric holders are too small; very difficult to get tabs in. Velcro starts coming off in the wash pretty soon; alternative is not to wash the dirty bag and put clean clothes into a new clean bag or hamper. Wish there were replacement bags available.

I love this hamper! Perfect cream color and love the way it blends in with my room. However, it was a little difficult to assemble bc it was hard to get it to stand up straight to put the rods in after it had been folded in the box. Additionally, one of the sleeves to put the rods in had come defective because it was too tight at the bottom and wouldn’t allow for the last rod to go in all the way. Eventually I had to cut a hole in the little sleeve so that the rod could go through to the bottom. But it works just as well and you’d never be able to to tell!

This hamper is easy to assemble and seems to hold up when filled full. It holds about 1.5 of a normal size laundry basket. My biggest complaint it that the loop holes where the Velcro strips go to hold the liner in place are to small. Its a real pain to get the liner secured. Do not over fill the liner either or you'll have a hard time getting it out without a struggle. Otherwise its ok for concealing laundry; does not seem to hold odors.

I ordered this item in May 2021 and liked it so much that I ordered 2 more just a few months later. Well they just arrived today and this one (although the exact same name, item description, and seller) is not the same quality at all. The fabric is lower quality. And the stability poles are now on the outside, which doesn't look very nice at all. The frame at the top and bottom doesn't even align so it's not a true rectangle overall. I'm really disappointed that they apparently changed this item since May, and we'll be returning the 2 new ones that were just delivered.

I love this hamper! It is lightweight enough to move the entire hamper down to the laundry room, rather than fuss with removing the Velcro fastenings for the interior bag. It remains structural (can toss items into it) even when squeezed it into a tight space. Sturdy handles make it easy to pick up. The beige color matches my bathroom tile well. Having an extra laundry bag is good to take on trips. The only negative I have is that one of the four corner metal rods will not push all the way down to the bottom, but it doesn't affect using the hamper at all.

The size and color are ok but it will be better if the loops were bigger. It is a little hard to thread the Velcro through. I think the Velcro needs to be a little bit longer. Additionally it would be better if hamper linen will fit around the hamper. The string is ok but it needs a little more length added to it so the linen can easily fit around the hamper. Overall the size is perfect and I like the lid on it. I also like the double linen that came with rhe hamper.
