Ear cups on my Plantronics backbeat have slowly been falling apart and finally got to the point they needed to be replaced. These replacements worked well, a little thinner than the originals but appear to use something more similar to memory foam which feels quite good. Hard to say how long they'll last but at the price I'd be happy to get a year or so.

These were a perfect fit for my plantronics headphones. My PLT BB pro headphones are my daily use at the office head phones. They get hours and hours of use and the original ear cups are very comfortable with no fatigue over multiple hours of use. These replacements are dang near identical in terms of comfort. They make a slightly audible crunchy noise as the foam is crushed, but I've never noticed it in use. They earcups seal up nicely preventing the audio leaking out and annoying co-workers and keeps the music in my ears and the noise canceling working well. They are the same height/thickness as the originals and they feel the same as the factory ear cups. The thickness is important to keep the headphones off your ears and improve comfort. Even after wearing them all day, I get no fatigue/discomfort which was one of the reasons I loved my headphones in the first place. Hopefully I can get the same ~2 years of life out of these ear cups as I did my original plantronics set.Edit: these have finally died after about 2 years of daily use (same as the original) They ripped at the Orange/black material seam. The foam is still very pliable and comfortable. Considering these get hours of use everyday at work, I'd say they held up we'll and I'm thankful it's a replaceable component. I am ordering another set.

These are good for the price. They are not as thick and cushion as the originals but they still work well.

These ear cushions were ordered to replace the original set on my Plantronics Backbeat Pro 2 Bluetooth Headset, purchased in March of 2019. They easily snapped into place, replacing those original cushions. While I could tell they felt slightly different when I held them, once I actually wore them even that wasn't noticeable. I'm wearing them as I type this and I can't tell any difference from the original.After finding the Original Left ear cushion splitting at the seam, I was immediately confronted with the concern of possibly needing to trash my entire headset. The exposed foam tends to make my ears itch like crazy.I hadn't even thought about searching for replacements, which seems so obvious once a friend suggested it to me. There were several available on Amazon, with very little in the way of reviews. Choosing these was really just crossing my fingers and taking a chance.Very glad that I did. As I said above, they fit perfectly and feel completely normal. I can't tell the difference at all.As for Durability, I'll update this review when/if these do fail; though hopefully they last at least as long as the originals.

After the original earpads started to deteriorate, I searched on Amazon for a suitable replacement. After finding middling reviews on most of the options (comfort, size, softness of foam issues), I came upon this option. Find them at the same level of comfort as the originals, time will tell if they will last, but seems well built. The price is right too, not the most expensive or the cheapest option. I like these so much i'm ordering a second set for future replacement. FYI, no directions to replace came with these but a quick search on youtube one can find some straightforward directions.

…not a bad replacement ear pads. They have slightly less foam on than the original… but so far they don’t seem to feel different. It’s as comfortable as the original so far … If I had to do it again I would have bought it without the headband cover. It makes headphones feels to tight on your head with it on and it bothers me that the cover is a bit to small to cover full headband .. only buy the headband cover if your headband foam is really messed up….. aside from that the ear pads looks nice.. I might buy the white version to put on my brown headphones just to have it look different .. def recommended! Very easy to install also .. can just pull your old pads off and snap in the new ones …

Perfect fit for the Backbeat Pro 2. My originals fell apart a year ago and I got generic replacements that go over the plastic clips on the headset. I don't recommend those options. You have to spend time ripping the originals off the plastic frame and trimming the lip on the new cups to get them to fit. They were OK but they kept coming off the clips. I probably trimmed them too much. These ones have exact clips built in so fit absolutely perfectly and they go on in seconds with no mucking about.They're comfortable enough. Material has a very soft leathery feel. Foam is very soft. They might be a bit thinner than the originals, but it doesn't impact comfort for me.No complaints at all. I'm buying another pair in case they stop making them before my Backbeats die.

The factory OEM foam cushions lasted about 1 1/2 years. These lasted just about 3 months. I immed noticed these foam cushions had a much less cushy feel & much stiffer foam. I thought ok; I can sacrifice some comfort to achieve better durability. Instead quite the opposite is the case w these. Less comfort w terrible durability. Amazon's quality control & even worse they're 3rd party seller's quality control seems almost nonexistent these days. My wife & I have been buying more & more elsewhere w every purchase that turns out this poorly. It is really a shame too
