Venus MegaPlus 25L water heater
We bought the above mentioned waterheater in 12 May 2024 and it was installed on 16 May 2024. At the end of July, the water heater stopped working. We called the people who installed it and were told that they only do installation not service! I was given a Customer Care number. It took more than a week for someone to attend to our problem. We were told that because the power went off, the water heater connection tripped. He reset it and day before again we had the same problem. When the switch for the water heater was on, the power went off and again the water heater stopped working. We would appreciate if Amazon / the dealer gives us a new water heater as we do not want to have this recurring problem. We have always used Venus water heaters and have not had a problem with any of them. We bought a new one in May this year as our old Venus water heater started giving trouble after more than 20 years. And within the first three months of installing the new water heater, this is the second time we have had to call for the technician. Unfortunately, we are not happy with the new product.
