AWESOME CHEAP!!!
This is a sword made out of metal. It is great looking. It is very light and has a secret letter opener in the end. The letter opener could be used to kill aslo. My brother owns very expensive swords that can chop this one in half easily. So I will get him while he is asleep. For the price it feels good in the hand and would complement any larping or costume play. It is sharp a little. It is a one handed sword. I figure you can use the letter opener in the othe hand to throw at some one. All jokes aside, for the price it looks great the casting of the dragon heads is smooth and has a nice color. I can’t tell if it is paint or anodized with a coating. The handle is two piece and attached on each side but I honestly can’t find any screws, must be under the golden shield. Yeah must be a single bolt under the golden shield then shield piece glued in place? So no telling how long the tang. The letter opener is not sharpened at all. The mount for wall hanging is pressed board with lamenent sticker ,face looks decent except for some particles that bubble up under sticker lol.... the balance CG (center of gravity) seems to be at the outer end of the etching on blade. But sword is very light feeling. I highly recommend for the 29.99 price!

Great Display Sword
I'm very happy with this sword. It looks great on the wall. Very cool design work on the hilt, cross guard and pommel. The entire piece feels very well made for a display item. Some budget display swords feel like they're going to fall apart in your hands, or they rattle or something. Not this one. The blade is nice-no nicks or scratches and thankfully no flippin stickers attached either. The cross guard had a very minor nick but hardly noticeable. Obviously a mass production risk for any item. The tiny little sword that sticks out of the pommel is ridiculous looking and I had never planned on keeping it in there- in any case, it was kind of a loose fit. If you plan on swinging this sword around you'll probably want to remove that ugly little sucker first. Perhaps it'll make a fun letter opener! Also important is the fact that the sword appears larger in the photos, at least it did to me. The dimensions listed are accurate but when I saw and held it in person it was a little on the small side. I'm spoiled by the Conan Atlantian swords' awesomeness! Anyway, it's kind of small and the blade is pretty slender, almost feels like a short sword. That being said It still looks really cool, nice design, slick lines. An assassin would totally use this sucker! The wall mount could be a little bigger but it does the job. Some folks care if their swords come sharpened- this one did not. It's not completely blunt edged but it's far from sharp.I'm completely satisfied with this sword and it defiantly stands out when next to the other swords and daggers in my collection. Great purchase all around.

Very nice for the price.
For about $50, the sword is very nice. Detail and craftsmanship are better than what you should get for $50. The blade does have an edge to it. Some other review said it had zero edge, but that is not the case unless he got a dud. It's not razor sharp, but still has an edge. This is not a battle sword, so why would you want it deadly sharp anyway? Not smart especially if you have mischievous kids.

Great product, but had some issues
Great sword for the price, love the detail and looks amazing on the wall and feels good when holding. Be warned though mine arrived in a pretty shoddy box and the holes for the holders weren't drilled all the way through out of the box - I had to screw in the holders and push them through from the back end before I could put them in the proper direction. The wood also had some small pieces chipped on all sides of the plaque out of the box.Still I can't complain, it looks great and was a great deal at $40.

Happy to Have my Sword Back!
I have a short story around this sword to share.Years ago, I bought this sword for myself in an outlet store, in the mall.It was the 1st sword I ever bought, and I felt like it "called" to me when I held it.It fit in my hand perfectly. The weight, size and shape were perfect, and the design was very, "ME".I bought it that day, and wore it proudly for several weeks. One night, I was challenged to a midnight duel by one of my friends. We had the most EPIC sword battle that night!Clashing through the streets, steel on steel, blow for blow...It garnered both cheers and geers from some of our neighbors. To my surprise, the blade held up magnificently well, despite the force being exerted upon it.The only part that broke was 1 of the wings near the hilt, and all I had to do was super-glue it back into place. The blade itself (of course) had nicks and dings where it had hit the other sword, but less than I expected.I considered those marks "battle scars", well earned and highly honored. After that night, I bonded with the sword and it truly became "mine".Years later, I fell upon some financial hardship and (unfortunately) had to move back in with my parents. One of the items I held on to, was this sword. My mother, however, had different plans for my Dragon Blade. After much squabbling, bickering, arguing and fighting about our individual lifestyles, I left for a short period of time. While I was gone, she donated my sword, and many other items to Goodwill.I was infuriated at her, and her disrespect for my personal property, for many years. Finally, this month (August 2022) I had enough money saved up to re-purchase my Dragon Blade. It has been apprx. 5 years since I held this sword in my hand.I was hesitant to purchase it from Amazon, without holding it in my hand before buying. How could it be the same as the one I had before?Well, it isn't the same as the one I bought before, but it still fits me PERFECTLY!It still feels right, and I fully intend to duel through the streets at midnight once again!I now have my own place (as tiny as it may be) and my mother has learned boundaries. My Dragon Blade shall forevermore adorn my wall, and travel with me to strange and fascinating lands!I never thought I'd find it again...but I here we are, re-united at last!Thank you to the craftsmen, blacksmiths, seller and amazon for re-uniting me with my Dragon Blade!Never again shall it be taken from me!I hope you've enjoyed this story, and maybe learned something about determination and will-power.
