Im 5'9" a size 10ish in jeans 150lbs. What size should I get?

A large should fit fine. It is adjustable so you can make it tighter or looser.

Does the bra have underwire?

The bra does not have underwire. I am top heavy and I would have rather had the underwire, but I tightened the straps and that helped some.
