They’ll probably be a bit tight. The description says 9 to 12; I wear an 11 and they fit very well. They do have a good bit of elastic so they should stretch. They also have free returns so I’d give it a shot.

Are the soles non skid.

No, the soles are not skid proof. Very nice and comfortable, I've bought 3 sets so far, but not skid proof.
