Returned right away makes big noise, overheating, super slow.Seller didn't refund full price they charge restocking fee.

Love everything about it except the battery life. I expected more. I went from Windows 7 to 10 anupd Office 07 to the new editions. Like I'm 71 and I am struggling. I knew Windows 7 inside out and upside down. I am now on a difficult learning curve

The only dislike is the lack of metal (guess this had to be foresaken to obtain lightness) to give it a more rugged feel! But, don't let that stop you, it is a good machine! Quick, responsive, and full of good things! I have adapted to the external HD (which I was not used too). But that too was EZ enough.A GOOD unit, touch screen responds quickly, Has 3 USB ports, but for $15 bought a supplemental port extension, just because.I'll keep this unit!

Too Many Glitches!!!! Seems that this computer fell through the cracks. Not pleased with them at all. Due to the virus situation was unable to get set up with anyone and when finally could and found out that this model was not conducive to programming though many trys with a very knowledgeable computer savey man. Want to return these, need to return them, only to find that the time had passed to return them. Not able to contact any one by phone or computer for any resolution. Not happy and frustrated. This computer worked great for 1 month, then the screen went out. Amazon, HP and Ipuzzle where happy to take the $800 payment. But now that there is a problem no one wants to step up. Amazon states they are just the shipper, that it is the sellers responsibility. The seller (Ipuzzle) tells you that they only sell the product that the manufacturer (HP) is responsible. After spending 5 hours trying to deal with HP there final solution to the malfunction was. "We can give you the extended warranty for $49.99 a great discount from the regular price of $79.99". What a deal. We can't help you with the broken trash we sale, but we can extend the warranty on it.

I really like this laptop, especially for the price, easy to use, good screen quality...

Like all HPs, works great then suddenly dies just outside the warranty period. I will not purchase HP again.
