This is perfect for cutting dough! Just what I needed for my pie business.

Good value for the price, rust resistant and very easy to clean . Same as described arrived in a good package it is perfect.

Like many others reported, this arrived bent/misshapened. It’s a great size and I’m sure will cut a great baked good, but they have to figure out a better way to store these cutters. It is a thin, unsealed seamed cookie cutter. Hopefully it won’t rust after washing.

I use this to cut round pastry. Slightly thin and has a flimsy feeling, but does the job properly.

I was really impressed. It has a sharp cutting edge and a nice rounded edge to protect your hands. Feels very sturdy, high quality.

After traveling to 4 different South American countries last year, where we enjoyed different styles of empanadas in each, I tried my hand at making them at home. I made small snack size empanadas at first with my biscuit cutter, but I thought the ratio of dough to filling was too high, so I ordered this cutter so that I could make larger meal size pies. I use my small pizza dough roller to roll out the dough balls to roughly circular shapes, then use this cutter to give them a perfect shape. The result is perfect shapes every time with professional looking results. The cutter is a bit flimsy, but I store it nested with my other cutters in a drawer so that it doesn’t get bent or misshapen.

Finally, making my Aussie his Aussie Meat Pies is easier...no having to handcut the bottom crusts.. I did pay premium price but I knew it, I needed it and thought, well.....it's about $4 more than it was....I was a little surprised at the thin metal. Having read other reviews saying it was hefty.....well....not so much. Just be careful where you store it so it doesn't get damaged and you should be fine. I just don't know how a little piece of metal costs so much.
