Perfect size for Homemade Empanadas
After traveling to 4 different South American countries last year, where we enjoyed different styles of empanadas in each, I tried my hand at making them at home. I made small snack size empanadas at first with my biscuit cutter, but I thought the ratio of dough to filling was too high, so I ordered this cutter so that I could make larger meal size pies. I use my small pizza dough roller to roll out the dough balls to roughly circular shapes, then use this cutter to give them a perfect shape. The result is perfect shapes every time with professional looking results. The cutter is a bit flimsy, but I store it nested with my other cutters in a drawer so that it doesn’t get bent or misshapen.

Great for making jumbo biscuits
I purchased this 4.5 inch steel cutter for making jumbo biscuits, and it works great. The largest cutter in my previous set was 3 inches, which is fine for standard biscuits, but this 4.5 inch cutter is perfect for making oversized biscuits, like for chicken or tenderloin biscuits. You'll need to adjust cook time up a bit for the larger cuts, but otherwise everything works the same - just bigger. You could also use this cutter for shaping patties or cutting small cake circles (from a larger sheet cake), etc. The cutter cleaned up easy and was sturdy enough for use with my biscuit dough.

Good enough
Works well. I bought mine for about $5, they're now almost $9 for a single piece. I wouldn't pay more than $5. You can get a better deal or a set.

Good Quality and easy to handle.
This was a bit larger than I envisioned. Good quality .It was as like a hambuger bun. I think a 2.5 inch one would be a bisquit size. I still needed it I cook and bake Frequently.

Perfect Size for My Perfect Biscuits
This 3.5" Biscuit Cutter is the perfect size for my perfect biscuits. Cream Biscuits Recipe ★★★★★ INGREDIENTS: 2 cup self-rising flour 1 Tbsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 Tbsp sugar 1½ cup cream +/- DESCRIPTION: Light, fluffy Winter Wheat is the secret to perfect biscuits; regular flour will only produce regular biscuits. DIRECTIONS: Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Whisk together dry stuff in a large bowl. Slowly pour in whipping cream, stirring gently until just combined; may not need all the cream. Do not over mix. Pour biscuit dough onto a floured surface. Pat together into a rectangle. Fold rectangle into thirds. Turn dough a half turn, gather any crumbs, and flatten back into a rectangle. Repeat twice more, folding and pressing dough a total of three times. Gently pat or roll dough to ⅔-1" thick. Cut out biscuits using a 3+" biscuit cutter. Slightly press thumb into center of each biscuit, and brush tops with melted butter, milk, or cream. Place biscuits on prepared baking sheet; they do not need room left between them... best to let them touch each other; helps keep the sides soft. Bake in preheated 425°F oven for 8-12 minutes, until just starting to brown on top.

I use it for forming hamburgers, it's the perfect size. The ring is not a continuous piece of metal it does have a seam, but the seam is well made.

Good product but took a long time to deliver and little information on delivery was useless as the information did not come up on any delivery company at all. Order on 17/11/2022 not delivered until 29/11/2022 and no text or email stating the day or time it would be delivered or by who.

The product build quality is a bit flimsy. The Metal sheet used in the cutter is very thin, it should have been thicker.
