I needed a new mouse, always been partial to SteelSeries since my first Sensei Raw. Mouse was refurbished, but I decided to take a chance. Arrives in a brown box, wrapped in a lot of bubble wrap with the directions. One less piece of packaging to throw out.Upon inspection, I found the mouse body and cable to indeed, be "just like new" no blemishes, and totally clean. The only place I saw any sign of wear were several light scuffs on the pads on the bottom of the mouse.Plugged it in, downloaded Steel Engine, set it up and it works exactly as it should. I like SteelSeries because I have total control over the DPI settings, and the buttons are really easy to set. The side buttons are just easier for me to use as well.It is a little larger than my last Sensei, but still easy to use in a finger tip grip. Palm grippers may find it a tad uncomfortable since it doesn't hump up like a Razer.Comes with a 90 Amazon warranty.No real negatives, I'm putting the cash I saved towards a new mousepad. Also I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Great product works exactly how it was intended with no issues

This is the second Steelseries mouse I've owned that lasted less than a year. The first had a double-click issue, and the rubber side grips glue came off. My optical sensor is going on this one.

when I received the mouse, there only have an Instruction and mouse in the Express box don't have the Packing box with Sensei

Great mouse, great design.

Ordered a certified returned one. Came dirty with crap stuck to it. Came without skates so it can’t be used. Spend the extra money to get a new one.

A Sensei Ten mouse comes with a few settings, and the renewed mouse I received was NOT factory reset. I had to find a Windows computer (only Linux around here) to download the program to reset it. An unnecessary hassle.That being said, the Sensei Ten is a great mouse for large hands like mine.It came in a anonymous box, the manual was in there, the mouse itself looks like new.

Too expensive. Its good for bigger hands, its fast clicking, but its HEAVY. I have the dpi so high because it is too hard to use for a long time.This is a decent gaming mouse, but if you are looking for a work mouse too, this is NOT the mouse for you.
