I'm glad I discovered this product, works fairly well. Unfortunately not as well as Colon Helper (HCBL) (also available on Amazon). Really wish this companies formula could be perfected more to match the Colon Helper. However, that being said, this product is a better price, more tablets, & available for prime free shipping. (I also like this company better for reasons I cannot get into here; lets just say different business practices and styles.) I will probably continue to go back & forth between ordering from here & then Colon Helper when really feeling like need good deeper cleansing. Colon Helper= 5*--- BUT there's more product with Super Colon Care, better pricing & shipping - I GIVE COLON CARE A SOLID 41/2 * stars. I recommend you try it, everyone's different, it may be just what you need and work well, a good product, just not great for me. Also it's a gentle/(somewhat)effective product, no worries there. (I will order this again & try doubling dose)

I LOVE this product! I've been letting all my friends know about it and even got my husband hooked on taking them too! I started out taking them once a week for one month and then i take one a month after my period (that's when my junk food intake is out of control) it helps take away the bloat. After my 2nd child i was way out of shape and wasn't at the weight i wanted to be at. I haven't weighed myself in almost a year, we were at the Dells this past weekend and got weighed for a water slide. lets just say that with eating better and healthier, excising more and taking a cleanse every month i'm back down to my pre babies weight. (which was my goal) YAY!!

All the reviews that are posted on Amazon must be fake! I am a huge fan of spring cleanse and have den taking this one for 4 days now and no results at all. If anything I visit the throne less then before I was taking this so to speak cleanser. Definitely a placebo that does not work. Not sure how there are so many rave reviews. By the way it does give you really bad gas, so watch out world!

These didn't really do anything for me, personally. I read tons of reviews, most of which were compensated, most of which I think were hot air if you ask me. These may work for some, but there are undoubtedly more effective products on the market than this.

The capsules are not huge, regular size that won't make you choke or get stuck in your throat. I haven't felt any difference with my stomach. Perhaps it is doing the job without a harsh or aggressive feel to it. I haven't noticed any discomfort or sick feeling from taking the capsules.

Didn't work as good as I would hope but it's ok. It's just a little slower in working and it's definitely more on the "gentle" side. Not a feeling like you were completely cleaned out which is more what I was looking for.

No noticeable effects, doesnt help with anything.However Company emailed me to resolve the situation and issued a refund
