The Dictus Band Ankle Strap has been a real blessing. I can walk now without fear of tripping from my dropfoot. I also don't have to think about each step that I take as I had to do in the past.

A good option
I strongly recommend the monohook in comparison to the steel hooks which are the other option for use with the Dictus Band. Tighten laces firmly around the plastic part to keep it in place and it is much less bothersome in comparison to the hooks (my experience)which have a tendency to pop out constantly. The plastic part of the monohook accessory gets to an almost melting point when walking in the sun or working out in the gym with the excess moisture. I do not know how to avoid this so I have purchased a few to keep on hand as back-ups.
