What's so special about ksm-66 ashwagandha?

Ive found regular ashwagandha capsules dont do much for me, i almost dont feel any difference... I have crippling anxiety, body aches, nausea, fatigue, seasonal depression, etc... Ksm has honestly been the BEST "anxiety medication" i have ever found. I personally strongly recommend it.

What is the concentration of withanolides? Is it 2.5%?

Is this jarow ksm66 or sensoril it shows both versions?

My bottle shows only KSM-66. My understanding is that KSM-66 is not as concentrated as Sensoril, but has far less side effects due to extraction method. The only exception is if you are sensitive or allergic to dairy (milk).
