We bought one of these to go under a Sailnovo 20 cubic foot roof bag to protect the roof of our Mini Countryman and it was the perfect size. Stops the bag from moving around and prevents road grit from scratching the paint. Perfect!

👍I purchased this to stop my car roof storage bag from slipping on the roof of my car.It did stop the storage bag from moving around when driving, however there were points where the mat would flap around the front.I didn’t have any major issues with the grip however during wet conditions there was moments where I had noticed it had moved rearwards down the car, not much but still noticeable.It was easy enough to apply on the roof and again easy to remove without leaving any marks on the top of my car.The fit was good, covered enough of the roof to fully accommodate the storage bag that I was using. (425 litre)It does work to an extent and for the price I would recommend.I stopped using roof storage bags as they were an inconvenience on most journeys and too much effort to organise effectively so have now upgraded to a roof box.

The minute I took it out of the bag I knew it would work. I could just feel it's stickiness. It does the job; the roof bag did not move around at all and the sponginess of the roof protector prevented damage to the roof.
