The burner lasted quite a long time and when I had a problem with it, Customer Care offered to send me a replacement.They asked for me to send a video of the malfunction that I had and after sending that, promptly communicated that they would take care of the problem.

This product has been a lifesaver after our stovetop malfunctioned and we had to order and wait several weeks for a new one to arrive and be delivered. It heats well and we have been able to cook most anything we needed without problems. I am pleased with this purchase.

Wow, this hopefully is definitely a generic brand in there. Others available the very similar. This one was well priced and look good. I wanted arrived. I was surprised how heavy it is but that is a benefit. It can get very hot very quickly so be careful. The only downside is that the burner cools very slowly. if you’re using this to cook something at a low temperature for a long time that would be a benefit but if you’re simply using it to cook something at a high temperature for maybe 15 to 20 minutes it will take at least an hour for this to cool down enough to be able to handle. That is the only disadvantage and I think it is a good product .

Heats up fast and evenly! I bought this to use with a Chinese hotpot I got for Christmas. It’s large enough to heat the whole pot quickly, but small enough to be portable should we ever want to bring it somewhere. It came with clear instructions on how to use and care for it. It’s also very handy when cooking large meals for big group of people and your regular stove is not enough!

This item worked fine when it arrived. But in just under 2 months of daily use it ceased to function at all. The Amazon interface for contacting the seller makes it impossible for me to complain and get some form of redress.

It heats water to a boil fast.Love that it has 6 settings. But most days I just use setting number 6 till hot than adjust to what I m cooking. Frying eggs to boiling potatoes, frying meats. It is an amazing hot plate. Wish I would have bought it soomer.I m very pleased with it. But only been using it for little over a month. AFTER reading reviews BEFORE buying I saw that they don t last long. So I bought the extended warranty. It inc warranty cost was still so much cheaper than others with same watt. /cooking surface diameter and capable of boiling liquids and simmerCleans up easy.

Takes too long to heat up and even at full power isn’t strong enough.

Heats up fast. Initially had a smell (as mentioned in info.) but went away quickly. To soon to review durability. Nice size.
