The product has failed within 20 days (return is allowed for 10 days only) and no product or service support option in the order now.. Pls provide a service at least as it not working at all

1 month usage. Excellent. Have to be careful with blade while machine on. The blade is very sharp. But we can scrap coconut and store it in refrigerator in bulk.
