The “ivory” is a very pale beige that matched my boucle pillows perfectly; however it is not an ivory or cream so I knocked a star off. Fabric is thick and feels very soft which is great but be careful about color for this piece. I will be putting it on a different couch instead of the one I wanted to use it for.I gave 4 stars bc I do have another cover from this company. The 1pc Diamond pattern jacquard in Pale Oak, which is actually closer to a cream/ivory, has upheld great with washes and pets for over a year now. The material of the “velvet” is the same thickness.The other cover I have from them, a 2pc checked square pattern in white is one that I only use as a base/laundry days. It is a brighter white and thinner material so I would not recommend that one if you are deciding between models (holes on the arms from pets and doesn’t look sleek) so stick with their thicker items and you should be pleased. You just might have to have a little patience if you’re wanting a specific color.Other notes: I’ve never had any shifting issues with any of this brand’s covers and they’re still better than any other I had tried at this price point. The material is stretchy so be mindful of measurements. I have a love seat sized cover on my mid century sofa and use shams on the back cushions instead of dealing with any excess fabric from the sofa-sized cover (could easily be folded/tucked but I was being lazy and picky about the back arm seams). The sofa-sized cover fit my standard couch perfectly.

I have purchased this item twice for the same couch, in two different colors - first gray, then oatmeal. My couch is a weirdly-sized 77" including arms but only 70" back, so the first time I chose the 2-cushion loveseat size. The second time, they had added a 2-cushion sofa size, and I chose that.Both items were of excellent quality! The velvet looks and feels wonderful. The thickness of the fabric is perfect and takes loads of wear and tear without showing (including plenty of cat claws). The color on both items has been consistent and beautiful. This cover hides my 20-year old -extremely- stained and ugly chenille sofa (but it is so comfortable!). I absolutely love the color choices provided by this seller as well. I liked so many that it was tough to choose, but I am happy with the updated "oatmeal" color.Both of these sizes fit my sofa, but with the loveseat size, the cushion covers were a very tight fit and squeezed my cushions flat. The cover itself fit beautifully, as though it were made for my couch. A little tucking and pulling, and the thing lasted three solid years of teenagers and cats. Ultimately, it developed a couple of holes along the top back from kitty claws, so we purchased a new one. The new size is absolutely lovely, but has a little extra fabric to tuck in compared to the other size - which is totally fine! This will help it to stay in place without slipping as much. Very pleased and would recommend without hesitation.Bonus: it arrived next-day from Amazon!

The cover is a soft blue which looks very elegant. We ordered this cover to fit over a three cushion large leather sofa that is still comfy but is beginning to look worn. The seat covers fit perfectly - snug enough that they remain in place after one sits on the sofa. The cover was very easy to stretch over the entire sofa. The tag indicating the center back certainly helped the placement of the cover before stretching it over the sofa. The fabric quality and weight is good for the cost of the cover. We are very satisfied with cover.

Wonderful product. I had tried another brand covering my sofa & 2 chairs, & this by far is the best. It was purchased to protect my furniture from my cat using my furniture as a scratching post & from her hair. The other brand required me to put towels under the sofa & chair protector bcz the weave was loose enough to allow the hair to slip through. The fabric on this brand feels substantial & time will tell if it resists my cat's claws. I love that it has separate seat cushion covers so you don't have that annoying slippage each time you get up. The overall piece covers the sofa/chair from top to bottom (remove seat cushions), then separately cover the seat cushions & maneuver the seats over the overall cover. Make sure you have enough give in the overall cover so the seat cushions will fit back onto the sofa/chair. The one I purchased for my 3-seater sofa & chairs had a lot of give so it was no problem. I did work up a sweat getting the seat cushions back in place (easier with 2 people). The huge bonus was the fabric seems to resist cat hair so very little clean up. It comes in many colors & it looks rich & the fit is great. The washing instructions is cold water & hang to dry or air dry. It took over 3 hours to air dry in my dryer so I finally used the delicate low heat setting & it was fine.
