The wax worked well. It did look kind of sooty when I applied it. If you're going for a darker gray/charcoal look then this is good.

I liked the fact that was easy to apply, but it is still tacky after 4 days!

Goes on well, great color, but never dried and has stayed sticky. It's been almost 2 months I've waited, and I've wiped it over and over again, using pressure, with lint free cloths, trying to get it off and hoping it would dry...and nothing has helped. It is still sticky. I'm having some plexiglass pieces cut for the tops of the bedside tables I used this on. It's too bad because it does look great and is a great color too. But it ended up costing me more time and money than I wanted or needed to spend to make the furniture I used it on functional.

I love the color and how easy this went onto my bathroom cabinets yet it never dries so when I applied a finish on top of the cabinets it kept coming off and it created a bunch of brush strokes on my doors...not sure why this did not dry, I have used Anny Sloan waxes in dark finishes and I loved the result this...not so much.

This was the perfect wax for my daughters dresser. The dresser has had a long history that started with a neighbor rescuing from curbside trash to its current home. The Finnish product was better than I could have expected and the finishing touch was this wax. I must note though that the drying time is long but for me, it allowed me to add and remove till it was exactly what I had in mind. I did 2-3 coats and the top handles the dampness from glasses well so far and it’s been a few months

Gave my project a weathered barnboard look and I love it!

I have only used this once, so far. It went on smoothly but was more like clear than gray over charcoal paint. It takes a few days to dry, so dust and hair will stick to it if you don't cover it with something. After I use it on another project, I will have more to report.

The wax went on easy and looked pretty, however, even after several days after buffing it still felt tacky and wasn’t completely dry. I left some build up in the creases so it didn’t matter there but the top and sides were not dry to the touch after several days.

I used this on two lamps that were chalk painted. Let those dry a few weeks.Used a dry paint brush to apply this wax and then wiped off excess with dry cotton.The visual effect is beautiful but the wax is still tacky and doesn't seemed to have cured at all.Maybe you have to buff this right in? But then I wouldn't get the effect I am after.Sending it back for a return.

Surpassed my expectations. I used this product over top of an oil based stain and it didn't blend like a liming wax would. It's exactly what I'm looking for. This is a great CANADIAN made product! Good job.

I really want to love this wax because it’s all natural and made in Canada.However, for a top coat for chalk painted furniture, it is not ideal because it doesn’t dry. Not even after a few months.So it’s not well suited as a finish, but good for greasing drawers etc

I never take the time to write reviews but this one truly deserves it. Absolute garbage. I did the seat of a chair, applied as per the instructions... when I went back to take the wax off, it took all the paint with it. I tried letting it sit even longer in front of a heat source, still didn’t dry. Still took all the paint off. Junk. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Don’t waste your time and money.
