This was bought for our grandson's 5th birthday as a gift. When it arrived, it was not what my husband was expecting. He thought he had ordered a true pitching machine.(you know, the kind that you can adjust the types of pitches and the speed up to 60mph) This machines gently tosses the ball, it does not have a lot of power to the throws at all. We figure it is made for beginning little ones just learning baseball. That all said, the machine has functioned as it was made to and the kids have actually used it for training and practice. Our grandson enjoys using it to practice and he has improved his ability at following the balls thrown. A wonderful product for any little ones just learning the game or for coaches in helping to train first time players.

This does everything I have needed it to do. My son plays high school baseball and he can use the soft toss for reps. My daughter plays high school softball and she can use it by herself as well. I also use it for tennis soft toss to get some reps in. I never knew this existed, I am so glad I came across this. It is everything I need it to be. It is portable and battery operated, so you dont need to plug it in to use it. You charge up the battery and just take it to where you need it. Great for the garage use, with a bownet and your all set for some reps. It does every 5 or so balls toss one that is not in the same spot as the others, but then again when I throw soft toss, I am not that consistent either. Me the boyfriend and 2 nephews love this machine .. We fill all the way to the max .. One hits and the other 3 play outfield . This machine is amazing because no one like to pitch everyone wanted to catch which left us with no pitcher .. We work on our catching and our hitting skills and get a good workout from it .. So far we use it a max of 3hours at a time multiple times a week but after each use we charge it up .. Only downfall is it sometimes locks up on the balls and skips them also some tosses are lower / higher then the previous but we think maybe because we have a couple different baseballs we use .. But we really love this thing .. Best money ever spent I'd say .. I can see it lasting us years

The LED does turn green but the shooter doesn't open or pop the ball up. Verified all connections from the troubleshooting site, still not working. I do hear a beep every 10 seconds and confirmed the unit is fully charged. Unit is defective.

This was a birthday gift for a 15 year old and he and his friends love it. The battery was already charged so he was able to use it right out of the box. He used wiffle balls the first time since he was on his front lawn. On another day he took it to a field to use baseballs with it. It is lightweight and easy to set up. This isn't a pitching machine where you stand 15 feet away and wait for the ball to be pitched (those cost double or triple the price and have to be plugged in). With the Wheeler Dealer you stand next to it and the ball pops up and you swing. It is great that it is portable so you can take it anywhere. I definitely recommend this product.

This machine Rocks!! I bought this machine for my kids to work on their swing. What I like best about the wheeler dealer is you can sit back and watch and analyze their swing to help them out if there is any flaws. Before I used to toss the ball to the boys and try and watch their swing at the same time. This is a great item to have if you are a coach or parent, To have your ball player get the extra work in at home or park. As a coach I tell my ball players to get the extra work in at home. Well I found the perfect machine that will do just that. I am definitely going to tell and show my parents this machine....
