I am new and attempting to learn basic electronic circuit design. This assortment offered several MOSFET transistors having slightly different characteristics. They will be plugged into a breadboard illustrating different types of circuit use, thus teaching the user their integration into electrical systems.

Work well, good with power

Used the IRF-740 mosfet for dc-to-dc boost circuits.

I'll probably never use half of these but the price is right
