ACE is a brand you can always trust. This Lumbar Brace is sturdy, affordable and made such a difference in my gait and confidence not to fall. Basis stretchy fabric and the Velcro. It comes with a triangular attachment for the back on the inside. I removed as it made the brace feel too tight. My size is S/M and the support is excellent for my needs. I placed it over my T-shirt for getting things done insider my home. Getting outside, I wear a Duluth long tail stretch T over my bra, them the brace without irritation. It’s ALL GOOD. Lightweight and effective.

I sustained several spinal cord injuries and herniated LV-4-5 and S-1 and S-2 including neck injuries. Case in point I'm constantly in pain. Over the last 6 years I've tried all sorts of back braces. Sadly all have not worked. They sag, velcro wears out, metal plating doesn't hold up, bends, or creates moisture from sweating etc. Walking or doing simple things around the house, light yard work was unbearable and within 2 hours time my back was on fire forcing me to sit down and pop pain medication. This brace is the real deal! light weight, easily concealed, no trashcan fit around the waste. No rigidity, no ridding up or slouching. It stays in place and is extremely comfortable and inexpensive. Since my purchase I can walk gingerly for 4 to 5 hours without discomfort. Prior it was 2 hours max. It takes a beating and keep on ticking. Not surprising its an Ace. Don't let the simplicity of its design fool you. It simply works. No Bs .

Excellent for under 40 inch waist. Gave it to my father instead, excellent support and material feel. Would buy again if larger size was available.

For people with back problems finding a good Back Brace can be challenging. Those provided by the doctor can be too large, too expensive bulky & uncomfortable & often don’t fit well. ACE is well known for its excellent support devices & this Brace is no exception. Having owned a previous version, I was confident the New Model would also be a very good product. To my amazement this New Brace is truly remarkable, largely because of its advanced design & the use of the latest High-Tech materials. Most of all I can’t say enough about how comfortable, & stabilizing, easy to use & above all just how Pain mitigating this new version of this Brace has proven to be. I have suffered from a lower back L4-L5-S1 reoccurring disc herniation for many years now. It’s not really an operable situation because it tends to heal in 6-10 weeks. I work as a dock worker for the USPS and routinely move containers in excess of 1000 lbs as a result. This back brace has been a truly fantastic purchase for me! The lower lumbar pad that attaches inside is terrific! I am not in a financial position where I can miss a lot (weeks) of work. This brace has helped me immensely as I have been healing from my latest injury and still working. I am very, very satisfied with this product! It’s been a life-saver!

Even though I read sizing instructions, this product was not a good fit for me. I’m having to return and continue searching for another similar product. Not easy to put on.

For days I’ve been suffering with sciatica on my right side so I gave this a shot and I notice a difference in my posture and walking. With out it, I would have sharp pain and radiation from my lower back and down to my knew. But with this on, it reduces that pain pretty well. I also have scoliosis so I’m pretty sure this would do the trick to anyone with lower back pain. My doctor said it was okay to wear if it reduces my pain. The downside to these braces are that they slip up when sitting and standing up. You have to position them lower if that makes sense. Overall I’m happy with this and I think I’ll wear it to work from now on. Great product 👍
