My daughter has worn Smartknit socks for at least 15 years. They used to be thicker. These feel less thick and I hope the don't lead to blisters from the AFOs. As they get washed, the socks get thinner so now we'll have to replace them sooner. I don't fault the distributor, Therafirm. On the positive side, they fit the same, are comfortable, and are a great value. I love how high the XX-L come so we can fold them down on the top of the AFOs. I wish they had multipacks with 2 grays and 1 white though.

I wear AFO braces. Finding the right pair of socks is challenging. A pair of these SmartKnit socks came with my custom orthotics. They are super soft and comfortable, I couldn't even resist buying more. They are a bit expensive, but they are TOTALLY worth every penny. They are the most comfortable sock I've ever worn, and no i'm not exaggerating. I have had these for quite a while and they have sustained their good quality. The only thing I would not do is put them in the dryer a lot. They get a lot nicer when air dried, because they shrink in the dryer.

My provider recommended this brand and I’m glad he did. The material is very soft and stretchy. They’re fine if I use a mesh hosiery bag then toss them in the washer and dryer.I, too, normally wouldn’t pay this much for socks. Considering they’re a specialty sock, they’re comparable to support sock. When I framed it like that I could justify the price.

Excellent!! socks. Liked them so much I bought 3 more pairs. My son has been using other brand for 14 years but they were too stiff and hard to put on and remove.... these are also good quality and super easy to put in and take off.... I have a new favorite ;) they may shrink a tiny bit in the dryer so buy them a size up... just my experience.

I ordered what I thought was an adult small. Came, there was no way it would fit me or any other small adult. The size was extremely small, and seemed more likely to fit a child. I love this product and have used it in the past with the size was entirely.
