I truly enjoyed this book! Although Ella & Mae present as totally opposite individuals, as the story moves on, you are treated to an interesting mesh of how they are continually attracted to each other. The story as well as the dialogue flows easily, as does their growing attraction! Thanks to the author, Max Ellendale, for another written treat! Keep on developing fascinating stories!

I really liked Skyclad. Honestly the title put me off for a while. But finally read it. Loved it. Scholar with lots of book knowledge meets hippie type earth woman. And of course the sparks fly.

I very much enjoyed the story. It gave new insight to some avenues that are not often traveled by main stream. I look forward to reading more from Max. Well done.

Truly awesome novel about finding true love. Mae and Ella are fabulous people who make everyone appreciate their loving big hearts. And what a tearjerker!

I like the two characters in this story. It is a gentle approach to self discovery, 'coming out' and finding harmony within a relationship that can weather external prejudices.

I'm almost sad to put it down, now that I have read it.... that's how much I've loved the story. I fell in love with almost all the characters and the way the author wrote them... go for it, you won't regret it!

This is one of my favorite books, period. I loved the characters, the development, the setting...everything. Great dialogue. I am half in love with both of the main characters. Amazingly sweet.

4 1/2 stars. I enjoyed this book. She writes well.
