8" Chinese Chef Knife by DOLOMITEN INOX

I'd been looking for this type of knife after watching Chinese chefs pretty use them for everything - I didn't want to spend the earth, but also didn't want one that fell apart.This knife looks huge and lethal, but once i started using it for chopping and slicing I realised just how useful and versatile it is - really good and sharp with a heft to it - and i feel safer, the width of the blade makes it easier to rest against your fingers and get fast thin controlled slices. It made shaving the fat off a massive, frozen, side of long beef ribs easy. Used it for mushrooms, courgettes, spring onions, chillies, peppers, onions, spinach, meat.Try it, you'll love it.

Very happy with this.Its not to heavy, not too light.Its about as sharp as I'd like for working with and the blade itself is perfect for scooping your chopped food with.All in all, very happy

It is good but it is a little bit big.

well worth the money , super for cutting, easy clean ,no rust. stays sharp.

A great knife and good value.

Looks good but very difficult to sharpen . Taken three hours to sharpen on a set of top grade Shapton stones to enable it suitable to use in a professional kitchen , but blunt very quickly . Recommend it for domestic use only !

Good product stainless steel one minor detail which would improve it is a slightly larger handle

Es ligero y con buen filo, no se oxida lavandolo a mano, me ha gustado. Seguro que los hay mejores pero por el precio no se puede pedir mas
