Ice Packs from Chilly Pak, Green, Filled with Gel. Set of 2. 1" thick for Long Cooling in Larger Personal and Camping Coolers.

Been using mine daily for over three years now (really wanted to be sure). I used to use the cheap clear ice packs with the blue gel inside, but those used an inferior plastic that always ended up cracking and leaking - usually after less than 50 cycles.Well, I use these 5 times per week, every week for over three years, which by my calculations ends up getting close to 1,000 freeze/thaw cycles, and to date not a single crack or even hairline split in the plastic has shown. These are absolutely worth the cost over the cheap blue gel ones you grocery store, as you'd end up spending 5x more on replacing those while this one set keeps on ticking.Oh, and they stay cold a long time and keep my lunch nicely chilled all day.P.S. As I write this I see they are not available. I hope they come back. I can't recommend enough!

I like this style of ice pack, because they aren't bulky and yet they're still thick enough to stay frozen solid for a long time. I think that's because they're filled with a gel instead of water. I actually ordered the green packs and the orange packs, and they are different sizes. The green is a little bit bigger, whereas the orange is a little bit smaller and good for small lunch packs.The overall shape of these ice packs resembles the dimensions of an ordinary book, so they fit great in tight spots in the cooler! The shipping was pretty quick, they came together in the same box and came with those air cushion things.Will probably buy some more next season.

These are wonderful! They don't leak and they stay cold almost all day. My husband was skeptical for a while because he didn't think they were useful for us but now he's impressed. We use them to keep lunches cold but they were also handy when our air conditioning went out in one of our cars. We sat on one of them until we could get our air fixed. They were a lifesaver in 115 degree weather.

The larger size keeps things cold all day. It happens to fit, exactly, into the bottom of my (larger than average) lunchbag and is fairly thin and flat, so things pack well on top of it. The color's O.K. ("different")

These Chilly Paks really keep food cold. I have another chiller that just uses water and it thaws too fast. These paks stay frozen for hours. I have never had a problem with leaks like with other chillers. I use them all the time, especially this summer.

Just what I was looking for to keep our drinks cold at the beach.

The media could not be loaded.  First of all I really love that there are 2 of them, because my husband never remembers to bring in his cooler at night, so having two of these freeze packs makes my life so much easier. I love the color they are lime green and that really is just a great color.Other features that I really appreciate are how flat they are. They are probably about 1.5 inches thick. That is a great thickness to lay flat in my husbands cooler but still have a ton of space left over to put his lunch in, which is great because my husband eats a lot of food.They are pretty good sized, if you look at the video I have my hand over them for a comparison and they are a nice size. They keep my husbands lunch cold all day. There was a couple days that his cooler was still chilled in the morning. They work great and come with two so you can't get much better than that. I bought these to use in my lunch cooler. I have a problem with my old ice packs staying cold long enough for me to still have cold food when I go to have lunch. I was very surprised at the size of these ice packs. They are a lot bigger but not overly thick, 1", so they fit perfectly to cover almost the whole bottom of my cooler. My cooler is shaped like an owl, being curved on top and square on the bottom. I was using 2 smaller ice packs before that didn't ever keep the cooler very cold. I generally have lunch around 2 and get to work at 7ish. So I needed something that would last. They have worked great. I got to work the other morning around 6:30 and when I decided to go home for lunch, I left my lunch bag out, with the ice pack in it, to see how it did.
