It arrived with this little white hard mold filling inside , you have to place the grill along with the filling inside , into hot water . it will then become soft and you put it in your mouth and onto you bottom teeth and wait for the mold to harden and dry . Okay sooo I did and I Hate it . I Cant even talk with this grill in my mouth at all an I though well maybe I can just use it for pictures and even still it makes my lips stick out . it also comes out ver very easy . The only thing good about this is the color . If you wanna be able to wear this out places on a daily base , this is not what your looking for . Its good for a costume . I'm only giving this 2 stars because the color is cute , other than that .... No .

I giving this product a 4 star rating because it is a good product for the price, what you see is what you get. Pros: You get what you see in the pic, good qualitycons: you will need to watch a youtube vid for thorough instructions because the package info won't get you Nowhere! and I must admit that the molding process was Scarier then a Mug!!! Lol but I barely made it through I thought that the molding was going to stick to my fillings MY VERY LIFE FLASHED BEFORE MY EYES But thank GOD that it didn't whew!!! lawwwwd

The product arrived on time and it was everything I expected-Packaged very neatly. The kit includes a faux grill, instructions, and a custom mold inset to fit the grill to your teeth. The product itself is very pretty. Quite well made, and looks very real. The metal is very durable. I did need to practice talking LOL to avoid sounding like I had a lisp..but I experienced NO slippage. I was able to drink with the set in, and did I mention how REALISTIC they look. I've already recommended the set to several friends. I am very happy with the purchase.

Worked great and looked authentic. It took a minute and couple tries to figure it out, but you get boiling water, put the grill in , let cool down a second, and then put mold to your teeth. It will give you quite a lisp, but they fit perfect. I got many compliments to them along with my costume as they are a great product for the price.

I like these grillz and I like how they have the adjustable thing on the back I just can't figure out how to talk with them in my mouth lol. Make sure you have straight teeth if you plan on ordering, no crocodile dundie teeth!!!!!

So I bought this for a friend and he gave me the money back on it since he didn't feel like making an Amazon account. He tried to do the forming and the white stuff just shrunk and he couldn't mold it to his teeth. He was pissed.....I don't recommend this to anyone. On the flip side the quality of the actual teeth is pretty good.

I liked this product but when I went about actually putting on the product the instructions inside the box were not clear and hard to follow.

Would give it 5 stars but the molding for it couldve been way better. And can be a little bit taller on the outer parts, i have long bottom fangs that make it feel awkward. But overall still a good buy until i can go to mr bling bling in sf for a better fitting grill but for the time being these will do
