A wonderful addition to my watercolor pallet.

this is a beautiful color. i gave it 5 stars because i love the color so much. however, i noticed that when i put out a dot and mix it with water, as it sits the pigment drops to the bottom and the water is left with a brownish residue which i am assuming is gum arabic. i have emailed daniel smith to ask about this and i hope to get a response. it may just be that one has to use the paint immediately and not let it sit to dry.

The paint itself is absolutely gorgeous and a new favorite.However the tube sent through Amazon had been previously opened as the tube was mangled and bent in and paint had been squeezed out. Paint was smeared in the tube cap and on the rings.

Beautiful color! A bit pricey and a little grainy for what I normally like. But I'll buy it again when I run out.

I love Daniel Smith watercolor paint. I would always say they are the best.

Most beautiful color. So much so, I wrote a little book about fairies who dress in this amazing color.

I like the granulation

I love this color!!! It brightens any scene and moves well on the paper. And it really does come from Sleeping Beauty Mountain!!

The colours are beautiful, well worth the money.

I've found this paint is finding its own place in my palette. for some reason it complements many colours that I hadn't expected it to. Very pleasing purchase even though it was only purchased for a course and I'd not expected to use it greatly after that.
