How easily do these come off and go back on? I wouldn't want them on doing stuff on the desktop or playing a single monitor game.

On and off is quite easy. Spring loaded fingers hold the monitor frame and bezel prizms. Very impressed with them. They even work on my large bezel monitors (1" wide bezels) although I had to use some ingenuity to make this happen.

Can this be used on a ultra wide curved monitor?

Sim sport gadget made a extension kit for 32” curved monitors. Not sure if they are still selling them but you can give it a look to see if it will work for your setup.

I have one asus pg279q .. can i add two asus pg279qe and use this kit without any problems whatsoever? with the picture or the bezel sizes?

I am not sure you have to have clearance on bottom and top for the bezel holders Are you can use see through velcro.
