I love using this piece of equipment I am trying to get my body right so I’ve added this to my workout room I wish that I could connect it like two doors or friends or something so I could really like get that upper body workout but I would recommend it again to someone else

Terrific for home workouts, but they break after a half year of use three times per week
Love the workout the super heavy resistance tubes provide. But they do break all-too-quickly. I've busted several, the latest after only five months of use.

Easy and comfortable to use
I really like these resistance bands. The light is the perfect amount of resistance for me as a beginner. The handles are comfortable and easy to hold. The fabric around the bands is nice and feels protective.

Great product. Very strong, durable, and versatile. I can use it for bicep curls, rows, overhead presses and squat presses.

Shoddy material
I used this resistance tube the same day it was delivered, and within 20 minutes of using it, one of the tubes broke off inside the stretching material. I have been unable to put it back together, and this has been a waste of money. I do not recommend this product based on how easily it was damaged upon use.
