The pictures are as expected from a Ferrie book, and my two older kids (7 & 5) love reading it to the toddler! Unfortunately, and this is why two stars, pages 3 & 4 were printed upside down, with the alphabet reversed! I thought maybe it had to do with the content of those pages, but it's just random. Trying to see about a replacement...

If you own many of the books in the series some of the instruction and images are repetitive.

It is missing the c &d pages

I have three young children who love this book! I really appreciate how it grows with your kids. You can just read the first part for babies, and then as they grow you can read the next section. When they’re old enough to dig in a little deeper, you can read the whole book. Thank you Sourcebooks for this free copy I received through the Early Reads program! We are really enjoying this book.

We love this book, even though it's a board book it has a ton of really good information. The illustrations are clean and crisp and eye catching. Very nice book.

Perfect for every oceanographers baby, whereas some letters have really weird words. Beachrock for B? Whats about the obvious Benthos?Otherwise nothing to complain about. Also suitable for babies since the pages are thick and solid enough.
