Kamagon Blue 9" Adjustable Weight Exercise Ball

I really enjoy training with the Kamagon. I now have three of them...two 14" and one 9"They are all filled with different levels of water. The number of exercises that can be performed isalmost endless and they are fun to use. I have over 100 other pieces of exercise equipment and enjoyusing all of them, but the Kamagon has such a diversity of uses, it's one of my go-to pieces to get aquick workout.
