I try to eat low carb to cut down on sugar consumption for good health. Fruits offer important nutrients that I need but many are so very high in sugar content. I do eat a limited number of fruits, mostly mixed berries, with breakfast, but I love the numerous fruit extracts that are included in this supplement so at least I am getting a minimum of antioxidants with just one capsule per day.

Another great Andrew Lessman product! I've been using his products for years. This is my first purchase of the Fruitful Antioxidant Extracts. I purchased these because I am not a big fruit eater. I love vegetables and salads, but don't like to eat a ton of fruit because it has a lot of natural fruit sugar in it. This gives you the nutrients from fruits that your body needs in adequate quantities -- but without the sugar and calories! I love that. Try it, you'll like it!

I love Andrew Lessman vitamins. I take many of his vitamins & they don’t upset my stomach. I wanted a supplement to help me get more benefits of fruit, so I chose this one. I eat fruit everyday day , but I find this vitamin gives me a boost. I’ve been taking it over 3 months.
