It is easy to ride. Only complaint is the instructions are not very clear. Otherwise the bike is fun to ride and I love it.

The chain magic buckle is missing and the fender came damaged.

Need to make sure chain is tight so it wont slip when pedeling

The manual provided showed different components for the fender assemblies from what was in the box. Instructions failed to indicate which bolts to use. Eight of the bolts used for fender assembly had no matching nuts. It is extremely frustrating looking for parts that aren’t there! Manual was written for someone who has put this together before. The bike itself was good, but the assembly was a very difficult process.

The installation manual is out of date or not the right one but studying the pictures was able to put it together just took a little longer. The manual was for a different model so looking for the written parts on the frame or such didn't tell everything needed to built it. Some screws and the metal strips for the basket were missing. However messaged the customer service through amazon messaging and they were quick to respond and then ghave me the option of waiting for parts to be resent or take an amazon card and buy them myself. The bike looks great and supports my wife and I would recommend the bike to anyone just be able to follow instructions and then also to figure things out from their pictures.

The main body frame came with at least 3 different areas that the metal was bent and was difficult to straighten in order to put together. All of the hardware was loose and thrown in 1 bag together. There was a part list but nothing to identify parts once they were all together. Bell didn't work. Instructions were difficult to follow. You had to completely empty the contents and open to even find the instructions. I was very disappointed in the quality and difficulty of assembly of this product and would not recommend it. Save your money.

I love to go for Casual rides with my grandchildren. Adult tricycle was easy enough to assemble that I was able to assemble it myself with the instructions and the videos on YouTube.

This is the worst product I have ever purchased on Amazon. This was a gift for my mother’s 70th birthday. Parts were dented, scratched and dangerous to ride because the main frame was faulty. When contacted them They only communicate via email and although I appreciated the return slip. It cost me an additional $125.00 to have someone put the bike together and then take it apart because my mother lives in a different state so was unable to help her assemble and then have it disassemble the bike to return it. Never again.
