*Note: the battery size is cr1220*These little card lights are so cute! They are not meant to be bright; they are more like nightlights. I use them when I travel. I keep one handy for getting up in the middle of the night without waking my husband. I also use them for stocking stuffers and party favors.The button cell battery is replaceable and it will stay on for a couple of hours before going dead. This is not a flashlight! If you want something bright enough to read by, or something that stays on for hours, then buy a lantern.These are cheaply made, but they are a cheap price. You get what you pay for. In the 10pk I recently ordered, 2 of the lights had a flicker problem. I used a toothpick to push the contact in the "hinge" up and they work fine now. 1 of the lights wasn't made properly and the black part of the bulb (where the battery is) slide out too easy. I put a drop of Elmer's glue (not super glue!) on the side of the black part and slid it back in.

I love these little lights. They are great to gold in your hand. If you only want to see the ground you hold it with the bulb facing down. If you want it brighter just face it toward what you want to see. These are not for a lot of illumination, I would not want to read for long by one, but great for finding keyholes, getting up in a strange place at night and finding your way without waking everyone else, etc. They are lightweight and nearly indestructible. You can replace the battery when you need to. I gave them as gifts to all my students with, "You light up my life" as the tag line. No matter the color, they are great little lights.

Gimmicky little item, good value when ordering 10 because a few don’t work so well but since you get so many, worth it since you can count on several working well. Very dim light, use more of a novelty fun clever item than a useful tool for light. Nice and easy to keep in wallet or pocket.

Made very nice stocking stuffers.

Used these as fish extender gifts for a Disney cruise. They are ok, nothing too spectacular. The light is minimal. The concept is cute, but probably won't purchase again.
