Good but not great..
A bit wet and lacking in flavour for me. I like drier, snappier and with more clove / spice flavours. Prefer their biltong, although even that isn't a full 5 stars. Droe wors I'll get elsewhere.

Not much flavour
I've not had this for many years but it tasted like profit was put before flavour and it could do with more spice. Also the fat smear left in the mouth after each bite was to much. I thought maybe it was me so I waited until I bought some from another supplier before posting this review. It was a much more pleasant experience. I would not buy this product again.

not much meat in this droewors
When it came it was too moist for my liking and I hoped when it dried out a bit more, it would be nicer - but it isn't. It tastes as though there is quite a lot of bulking agents of one kind and another. Its beyond my understanding why it needs MSG because that doesn't improve its flavour. In my opinion this does not taste like traditional droewors at all. Just a real waste of money.

Nice flavour
This is a good Droewors. It has the flavour of a traditonal 'plaaswors', a good blend of the spices and more importantly, a good meat to fat ratio. The taste is great, really rich and deep flavours which are so often lacking in UK Droewors. My only minor complaint would be that for me, it could be a little drier and a bit thicker but thats nit-picking really and more personal preference. Overall a delicious and good quality UK Droewors. Highly recommended.

Too nice
I've been a lover of biltong since I lived in South Africa in the early 1980's, but I hadn't had this before. I absolutely love it. Quality meat with no unchewable fat. I now buy it in preference to normal biltong.
