Leif Nelson Men's Knitted Sweater - Slim Pullover Sweaters for Men with Hoodie

Hey there!I've never had a cardigan sweater until now and I tell ya - I LOVE IT! It's very toasty to wear and it's thick. The knitting is done very well and the patterns are gorgeous.If you are a "hot person" (like me) and not a "cold person" and you wear it indoors, well, you may start sweating some because it is that toasty to wear. And if you are cold or are a "cold person" then you will thoroughly enjoy the warmth that you will get from this while wearing it inside or outside.And although it's well made and of very good quality - if there is any wind it will go through the holes in the garment. But I wore a regular weight t-shirt underneath and that helped when I went outside to get the mail when it was around 40° Fahrenheit (4.444° Celsius). I could feel the wind blowing through the garment but I was not shivering and I did not get cold. You can also, of course, wear a dress shirt underneath and a t-shirt under that and I'll bet that you will be toasty warm for the most part unless it is bitterly cold.I enjoy wearing it and it makes me feel great because it's my nicest sweater and I actually feel that I look very nice in it. I feel different inside because of how it looks (I guess it is the best way to describe it, but it's kind of hard for me to describe). Wearing it makes me smile inside and out. I never thought that any apparel would do that, but it truly does. I have gotten many sincere of compliments on it, even from people whom I don't know; and it seems like more ladies are smiling at me. Lol! But maybe that's just because I'm smiling more than usual when I'm wearing it. Hahaha!To me it is a "new experience" wearing it and I enjoy the item thoroughly.I paid around $45.00 for mine while it was on sale on Black Friday 2023 and it is well worth the money. And BTW, I don't have a lot of money because I'm on disability, but I am even considering buying another one or two if I can swing the cash. But you know how money flies. 💸 It's still nice to dream of having other nice things though. That may be a little thing for most people, but it means a WHOLE LOT to me. :)It isn't made of Irish wool or anything like that it's made of regular polyester - whatever and knitting nylon. But I couldn't see paying $184.00+ for a sweater right now when I can buy this one for less than $50.00.So if you're not all up into fabric fashion and all that jazz then this is a great cardigan sweater for anyone that would like to have something that is really toasty warm, VERY HEAVY and it's very well-made of high quality knitting yarn. And, by the way, it doesn't feel like homemade knitted items - it is and feels much different because it is more tightly woven because they do it with machinery instead of by hand (obviously, but I'm just adding that in in case that anyone is wondering how tight that it is woven).And I'm sure that when I'm kind of far away from a person, and they see it, they will think that it's made of wool. It looks that great!It is a very thick and heavy, durable sweater too and the buttons on mine are actually sewed on CORRECTLY and they aren't ready to fall off because someone skimped on using enough thread to keep the button on (maybe you know and at some time you have experienced how when sometimes you buy a new shirt, pants or whatever and the buttons have a single thread poking up about a ½" or so and you try to cut it or pull it off because you think it's actually just a loose thread that's not attached to anything & just hanging there and then you pull it gently and off pops the button! Yeah, that's not happening with these sweaters! The buttons are on for good)! 😁👍Well, hopefully this review of mine will make it easier for you to decide whether to purchase this cardigan sweater or not.It'll make a great gift to another person or a great gift to yourself. So either way (if the price is right) I don't think that you can go wrong with purchasing one or more of these great cardigans.God bless you and yours! ☝️😁

Amazing!!!!! Right after I put it on I ordered another color! Chunky hoodie that has amazing style! Warm. I’m 6’3 240lb and the 2x is perfect!!!!

I really like this Pullover! Its super warm and very comfy. It’s definitely not cheaply made at all, as the all the seams are complete and care was taken to hide the ties. Color is great, and the inner part of the hood was lined with what I think is fleece which is great to not get long hair like mine stuck in, and it helps with static issues! The only reason it got a 4 star instead of 5 is because I think they went a little extreme on how tight the arms are in accordance to the rest of the fit. I’m 6’, 170lbs, with an athletic/slender build, and I have slightly larger than average arm muscles due to my job. I knew to get a size up already due to the reviews I’ve seen because I’m usually a tighter fit kind of guy, but this said to go one up, so I did. Even when I got the US Large, the arms are still pretty tight, while the torso is a bit loose for my liking. I still love this thing though! Its super warm, and looks great judging by all the compliments i’ve gotten in the 2 days I’ve had it. It also didn’t shrink much if at all even after my abusive warm wash and high temp dry! Highly recommend!

I like that it is comfortable,warm and stylish

Bought this a year ago. It i warm and well constructed. When I wear it, it get's noticed. Hook it up with a pair of jeans and some boots. My wife loves it on me - but she may not let me out of the house with it on. It looks that good.

I just received this sweater today. Here are the pros and cons so far.Pros:Fits as expected (I'm 5'11 200 lbs and I ordered a large),Nice material not as irritating as expected,Nice size hood (even for a big head like mine),Nice sleeve length,Feels warm.Cons:Not true to displayed color ( I ordered a brown and there is more blue and gray showing than expected)Rather loose at the waist (but luckily tight at the bottom)Seems like it would be an issue washing it ( I plan on handwashing)I will update my review 6 months from now if anything changes.

I took a risk with this purchase because some reviews said the sweater they received was nothing like the pic. (HATE when that happens!!! How is that even legal?) So I rolled the dice &… SCORE! I got exactly what I was hoping for! & let me tell you, it’s absolutely GORGEOUS. The details are just beautiful - and are what makes this piece worth the price: 1. The cool plaid lining in the hood is so soft & just looks so cool with the body of the sweater. 2. The detail of the buttons and draw string are cool. 3. Very unique & HIGH QUALITY! This sweater is downright BEAUTIFUL & my man looks so HOT in it! 4. But he says it’s not too hot temperature-wise! 5. He also said it’s not scratchy - he wore a thin t-shirt under it & still wasn’t too warm. 6. It does run small! My man usually wears a Medium but as per the other reviews, I ordered a Large & it fits him perfectly.

Der Pullover ist angenehm zu tragen und sehr warm. Zudem ist er gut verarbeitet.Ein Punkt Abzug weil die Größenangaben von Modell zu Modell extrem unterschiedlich sind. Habe 4 Pullover in 3XL bestellt, alle waren verschieden Groß, bei angeblich selben Schnittmuster (Regular).Der Preis ist absolut Ok. Die Rückabwickung (der beiden zu kleinen Pullover), wie immer bei Amazon, kein Problem.

Materiale con buone cuciture, prodotto caldo 95% acrilico, 5% lana. I colori sono come rappresentati, forse la taglia "L" un pò abbondante, soprattutto nella lunghezza, spalle e braccia vanno bene. Imbottitura efficacie, cappuccio ampio, chiusura con bottoni al collo abbastanza precisi. Lacci chiusura cappuccio molto grandi e resistenti. Il Prodotto ha soddisfatto le mie esigenze.

This sweater is a real Leif Nelson. Decent knitwear with the right knitting and material. So its warm and wears comfortable.The color i chose, was expected to be brown, but contains also blue and grey. It's still is a good colorfull mix and wearable.
