City Hydroponics Horticultural Perlite 10L

I had ordered 10 litres and doubt this is even 5 to be honest. The ratings seem to be misleading. You can see in the picture it comes in a bin bag and hardly the quantity it mentions. Please beware

Not a legit product! It says in the description that it's 10 litres but I received 6 litres wrapped in a black bin bag. There was no labels or any info on what exactly is in the bin bag and it didn't look like 10 litres at all so I measured it with a 1l jug. I am sending it back.

In the Amazon item required box I asked for Coarse Perlite - this is therefore what I expected. I opened the bag but it contained medium/fine grade with an unacceptable quantity of dust. No good so into the bin.

Perlite was delivered not sealed in big black bin bag and loose, not in the original packaging, so hard to say whether the quantity was as expected.

Very happy with it exactly as described dose what it's supposed to I did get emails saying I owed money for delivery but it was just a scammer so I blocked them as for the perlite it's perfect good drainage for my cucumber's ✌️

I've a trough which I've been using to grow succulents for a few years. I noticed that every couple of years I had to replace them as they appeared to have rotted away. I now know my mistake - I was using regular compost and it retained too much moisture for the succulents. I was unable to buy succulent compost so made my own. Three parts compost, two parts sand, one part perlite. Works a treat....

I was initially attracted to this product because it was offering good value compared to similar items. It was packaged in a plain black bin liner when I received it, however it looked less than the 10 litres advertised. I measured it with a litre jug measure and the perlite measured just over 8 litres IE 2 litres short. I contacted the seller immediately and explained the situation: the seller advised me that some of the the perlite may have been crashed into dust during transit but they were happy to send me an additional 5 l in the post to compensate. I was happy with this solution and a couple of days later I received my extra 5 litres. Good professional and speedy service. Would recommend.

I was disappointed that this product arrived loose in a black bin liner, not in the original bag as in the picture on the description of the product. The quality was poor - being uneven size pellets and lots of fine dust. Because it was loose I had no way of knowing if I actually received 10L. I will not order this again.
