How many ounces will each bowl hold?

The description shows 12 oz but would not put more than 8 in the bowl.

I use these bowls to put rice. It’s not appropriate to use as a soup bowl

Are these royal albert old country roses 4.3" bowls material fine bone china or ceramic?

The bowls don’t say weather they are bone or ceramic. Comparing these bowls to bone China they look and feel the same but I have always seen bone China to be marked as such.
