Nite Ize S-Biner MicroLock Stainless Steel - S-Biner with Locking Dual Sided Gates - Keep Keys Secure with Carabiner Key Holder - Black (2 Pack)

These are very handy little carabiner clips. I initially purchased a set of two Size #1 S-Biners as part of several different items I wanted to try out along with several other products in my search for the most suitable combination of rings and clips to organize my keys, and I've since added a selection of these S-Biners for various uses.What I've learned is that Nite Ize produces these S-Biners in various sizes and materials and finishes, each suitable for certain purposes. They're all well made, and in my opinion they are all a good value. I particularly like the locking models that are also available, both this small MicroLock size, and the larger SlideLock(see the models at the bottom of the listing below).This locking style S-Biner is particularly useful since it reduces the chance that something attached using this clip will become accidentally released, which is something I've had happen when using the non-locking style slip. This particular locking S-Biner is only available in the very small size, so for someone who wants the locking feature then the other locking style should also be considered since it's available in two larger sizes.After going through a mini research project of my own in order to both determine the relevant dimensions of the various sizes, as well as find the best listings for them on Amazon, here is a guide to simplify this process for others.IMPORTANT NOTES:- I've done my best to determine representative listings here on Amazon for each of these models. These are great little carabiners.The locking mechanism is very effective and pretty easy to use, and they feel extremely sturdy. They're a reasonable enough size for attaching to a keyring, but I wouldn't say they make a good keyring for keys to be directly attached, for instance. That's about how large they are.

These have been great so far! I use these to put my dog tags on my Golden Retrievers collars. They kept breaking rings that held their tags, off when playing. These lock into place and holds very well against rough playing times. Great diagnosis.

The locking mechanism made it easy to secure my keys, wallet, and small items to my bag, preventing them from being snatched in crowded spots like the metro and tourist attractions.Compact, reliable, and strong, these carabiners gave me peace of mind while navigating some of the busiest areas. A must-have for anyone visiting pickpocket-prone places

These are simple items, but there are some important points to keep in mind. The quality is excellent. I hang them on the buckles of my man-bag and briefcase, dangle them from a belt loop, and seem to find a new use for them every few days. There are all sorts of sizes, and there is one model that locks for extra security. Great for organizing keys and such. So helpful for fishermen and hunters that you will wonder how you ever got by without these handy clips. They are very well made and the price is great.

The small size is great for a small ID fob, tracker, or a few keys. I'm using it with a slightly larger Nite Ize locking clip so I can separate my house keys from my car keys easily. The locking function is great. It takes some effort to open, so I'm very sure it will never open accidentally and come off my key ring like others have. It clips on easily and is small enough that it doesn't add too much bulk to my pocket.

Absolutely love them! I was looking for something small, and these are definitely small, but enough room on each end to put around a fairly thick ring that’s a on a dog collar. I also plan to use them on some Tile Mates that I’ve purchased, as well as other Tile items. I especially love the locking mechanism. I just actually ordered two more.

I love the versatility of these. The design makes them easy to use. I keep one in my purse, one in my backpack, and several in my carry-on at all times. They are perfect for adding a little more security when you are in a crowd, a restaurant, on an airplane, etc. Having a variety of colors is also nice.
