Easy to install. Love the design it can be shorten to your any length you want just cut the tube.

A good looking and well made towel rack provides storage for a couple of towels as well as a towel bar for a hand towel.

I had one before but the set screw inside stripped. I bought another one to replace it. Just perfect for a hand towel near the sink. Easy to install also. Plus I love the brushed nickel

The toilet paper holder itself is good. It wanted to mount it on a wooden cabinet – but it was designed to mount on dry wall.Initially, the instructions were designed for a towel rack, not for a toilet paper holder, so they were worthless. I took out the prongs that were designed to dig into the drywall and replaced the single toggle bolt designed for dry wall with two wood screws. The key is to line the holes up so the holder is level and put the release button on the bottom so that it does not show.Once the holder was in place, the bracket snapped on and the assembly was simple. I would expect more out of Moen than to include the wrong directions. I am glad that they provided more than a single hold for mounting so that the holder won’t swivel as it is used. I think that the holder will be used for many years to come so I will give them an overall 4 rating but I am surprised they didn’t have better directions and didn’t include wood screws, anticipating some customers might not be mounting into dry wall.

Easy to install looks custom

We repurchased them because we had to retire our shower. We liked them so much the first time, we had to replace them. They are very smooth and non-fussy. So we must have loved them.

The 5 stars is really for Moen's customer service. They shipped me an entirely new robe hook after the hardware broke during installation.So the pros - looks great, will probably hold 50 lbs of weight, fairly easy.to install for just about anyone.The cons - the mounting hardware/system is pretty awful. This is not your standard allen head screw fastener from the bottom mounting system.When I opened the box I was pretty disappointed with the provided hardware, especially considering I had to screw into a stud because of the layout of my bathroom. Rather than use the crappy machine screws provided by Moen I decided to use a 1.5" #10 to make sure I didn't strip the screw. Joke was on me because the plastic mounting piece shattered when I was screwing the screw into the wall/stud. Luckily Moen replaced the whole system (which does me no good without another set of mounting hardware) so I got a second shot at it. The second time I drilled the center hole out a little bit more and voila, the #10 screw worked like a charm.Looks great and Moen rocks, even if their mounting hardware is pretty lame.

Very easy to install the towel rods. Quality is good.

Ordered this towel ring to match my current omen bathroom fixtures. Looks great and the quality is as expected for a omen product. No disappointment here.
